Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or fax. A 50% cancellation fee applies if removals are not cancelled within 72 hours.

No booking will be confirmed without a signed acceptance form or full payment of the removal cost.

Clients using our storage facilities must pay in full before collection.

IAS Logistics is not responsible for loss or damage if **all-risk insurance cover** is not taken out.

Delays caused by clients may incur a stand-off fee of R350 per hour, payable before delivery.

Incorrect information regarding access, dismantling, or distance beyond 30 meters may incur extra charges. Inform us in advance if any items require a team larger than four.

• Ensure goods are ready for loading on the specified date.
• Goods must be packed unless IAS Logistics has been quoted to pack them.
• Collection and delivery locations must provide safe and adequate access.
• Goods must fit through ordinary staircases/doorways without special equipment.
• IAS Logistics is not obligated to provide extra labor or equipment beyond the vehicle crew.
• Take adequate insurance to cover loss or damage.
• Be present or represented during the move to ensure all items are loaded correctly.

Arrange protection for goods in unattended premises, stabilize appliances/electronics, and defrost refrigerators/freezers. Provide contact and storage addresses. Ensure no prohibited goods are included.

IAS Logistics is not liable for any loss, damage, or additional charges from non-compliance. Clients indemnify and hold us harmless against such claims.

Goods are carried at the client’s risk. This includes any direct or consequential loss.

• Dismantling/assembling furniture, units, or fittings
• Disconnecting/reconnecting appliances or fixtures
• Taking up or laying fitted floor coverings
